“Empowered Value, Empowering Value!” That statement, right there! This statement drives everything we do! When we decided to embark on this journey, I tried to envision what I wanted our impact to be. The only thing that came to mind was people need to feel empowered to be.
So many times we feel that we need permission to be who God has created us to be. There are many people who get depressed and suicidal because they feel that they cannot do what God has called him or her to do. These are the people who motivate us to do what we do. The one who created you gave you value. Only God can permit you to do anything. When we get that perspective it will free us to impact. You are empowered to add value with your value. Once you understand your purpose and value, it is now your responsibility to pay that value forward. You have to empower the value in others. If we focus on adding value with our value, the circle of value would grow exponentially.
Every time, I feel like I may have reached a plateau, God just brings me into a new experience, that lets me see that there is so much more to learn and experience. Life is all about learning and growing. We must stay in a place where we can hear from God, so we can go to a higher level. The eagle soars to heights that most living creatures cannot even survive. God wants us to soar so high, to where our problems and obstacles cannot survive. Psalm 103:5 says:
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
If we stay in the presence of God, He will overload us with all His blessings. He will keep us satisfied, so we want for no good thing. He will keep us young and strong in our entire being. I just heard this one person state that we should allow people to see how we can add value to them. People will be drawn to you when they see the impact of your value. Your business, organization, and relationships will thrive, when you allow others to see the impact of your value to people. Live each day with the intention of adding value to everyone you encounter. Empower Value to greatness!
