The Root of the Matter

It’s almost that time again. Spring is on the horizon and it is fast approaching. One of the most anticipated Spring Moment is the blooming of all the new flowers and plants. The Crops are vibrant and the warmth ensues. For most of us, we get so caught up with the vibrant beauty of the bloom, that we forget the most important part of the bloom. That would be the root.

What is the root of the matter? It is said that a plant is only as strong as its roots. There are beautiful things in our lives that we have not even bothered to analyze their roots. The roots reveal the strengths and the weaknesses. The roots reveal plant’s ability to soar or shrivel. Have you bothered to analyze the root system of your plants, lately? Jeremiah 17:8 says,

For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

If our roots are strong we will be strong. Your endeavors are only as strong as your roots. Your Business is Your Business. Your business is only as strong as your roots. It is wise to work to build and develop strong roots that will ensure that we grow tall and strong. It’s time for us to do some root inspection. We need to be strong, vibrant and productive so that our impact could be strong and vibrant. If we work on becoming the strong vibrant individual that God created us to be, we will then be able to attract all the great things that God has in store for us.
