LOCATE THE ACCESS!
Access is a cornerstone of value creation in contemporary business landscapes. It encompasses the ability to reach, utilize, and engage with resources, products, and services effectively. In pursuing empowered value, we recognize that access must be equitable and inclusive, enabling all stakeholders to benefit fully.
When we talk about access, we think beyond physical availability. It involves comprehension, usability, and the removal of barriers that hinder participation. This multidimensional approach ensures that individuals and organizations can leverage opportunities, fostering innovation and collaboration.
“Access” seems to be a constant in numerous conversations worldwide. Everyone wants access. Some complain about not having enough access. I just heard this speaker say something so profound. He said that our problem is not access. Our problem is the fact that we are not aware of the access that we have. That is such a powerful statement. Many of us are unaware of the access that we have, sometimes right in our homes. I am constantly blown away by the tremendous architecture and buildings that were built hundreds or even thousands of years ago. They built these amazing structures without any of the technological advancement that we enjoy today. In some cases, the structures they built then, are much stronger that the structures we build now, with all our machinery and technology. The builders used the access they had to make legendary buildings that generations continue to behold with utter wonder. I always say, if they could create with such detail and excellence, we have no excuse today.
We must work diligently to locate our access. We have to be on a hunt for “Access”. When we read about Samson in the Bible, the question that everyone kept asking Samson was, “Where does your strength lie?”. Where is your access? Are you working to locate that access? It is on you to do your work. We cannot place blame on anything or anyone. We must take on that responsibility ourselves. Being effective and efficient depends upon finding and maximizing our access. My first go-to, is always my Power Conversations with God. God, where is the access located? The Bible says, we have not, because we ask not. Every time I ask, God always reveals the answer in one form or another. It may be a person. I may be a thing. It may be a skill. God has the answer. Just ask. But, when He reveals it, you must start doing the work. The Widow who encountered Elijah had to be prepared to do what God asked of her. She had to bake that cake for Elijah. Then she had to locate all the barrels in her community. Once she located the barrels, she had to pour the oil to fill up all the jars. Then the money began to flow. We have to be obedient to God’s instructions, immediately. He always requires our buy-in and our participation.
We, here at the FAVA Group, commit to advocating for access as a fundamental principle of our operations. By ensuring that all stakeholders have the tools and opportunities they need to thrive, we empower value that reverberates throughout our community and beyond. Embracing access is not merely a strategy; it is a necessity for sustainable growth and social responsibility. Do all that you can to Locate your Access! Embrace your Access! Maximize your Access!
