iConnect!

Have you ever been on a crowded airplane, in flight, where you are experiencing turbulence in the weather? The tension is high. The energy is low. Everyone is cranky, nervous,
scared, panicky and everything in-between. The prayers can be heard with the vocal operatic highs and lows. Life and death has flashed before the faces of each and every person, with the utmost certainty. In the midst of all this heightened uncertainty, comes a calm and confidence, transported on the vehicle of voice. It is the Captain! His confidence oozes out of every word he speaks. He is able to connect with everyone at once. He assures everyone, that they will overcome the storm and land safely. That type of connection always amazes me. Some people have been gifted with the gift of communication. But, the other amazing turn of the events, is the fact that anyone can learn how to connect and communicate, without being gifted in that area.

We understand the importance of connection in business and in our personal life. In today's fast-paced world, establishing meaningful connections with customers, partners, and employees is crucial for success. By fostering strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect, organizations and individuals can create a network of support that drives growth and innovation. I have learned, that when you truly care about others, you are motivated to connect with them. Connecting allows you to understand people’s needs. Then you truly desire to help solve that problem or that need. Be the solution to people’s problems. Romans 12:5 says it best.

So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

It is just amazing to know that we were created to connect with each other. No man is an island. When you connect with people you have the privilege of their influence. Hopefully that influence is a good influence. Even if you have a negative experience, you have the privilege of learning from that experience, to prevent a repeat. What is even more powerful are the God-connections. God will divinely connect you with people who will help you fulfill your God-destiny and purpose. These connections are so powerful in your life. Learn to nurture those connections as God will have you to. The impact is astounding. Be genuine and authentic in your desire to connect and help others. You want to allow yourself to truly experience others as God desires for you to connect with them. See people through God’s eyes. Your connections will never be corrupted when you see people through God’s eyes.

Our team is dedicated to helping businesses and individuals build and nurture your God-connections through personalized strategies and effective communication. Take the time to communicate with God. Take the time to communicate with your connections. Miscommunication is not an option! We must ensure that we impact for the glory of God. Be intentional about your Connections. Life is very short. Only what is done for Christ will last. And that is truly a fact! Have the FAVA Conversation!
